In my experience, this company doesn't care about its customers. I haven't noticed any hair reduction and I paid around $3000.00 for services. It has been a year. I wish I would have read the reviews on the internet before I signed up. They have hundreds and hundreds of complaints on the internet and the Better Business Bureau. I wasted thousands of dollars on a company that only cares about selling and making money. I got RIPPED OFF! I guess I learned my lesson. In addition, my friend did their fotofacials and has hypopigmentation on her face now. She has white spots that the dermatologist said will ever go away. I wish to god that I had read the reviews. Listen to the masses and spend your money elsewhere
