very rude poor customer service

i called and kindly asked if there was any way to get flowers to my 93 year old grandmother today, and without even making an honest effort and trying to contact one of their shops to see if they can deliver i was very rudely told no too late for today this is poor customer service to say the least

A very good flower shop. They deliver in town and out of town.great designs.

This is an order gathering flower shop. They DO NOT have a florist in Independence, va . They will charge you very high prices and only send about half the money to a REAL florist in Independence, va . So you will be cheated out of alot of money if you use them!!!! DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!!!!
